As a moving company owner, buying a commercial truck isn't a small decision — so I did what I'd tell anyone else buying a work vehicle to do: I hired a third-party inspector before signing anything. DeBary Truck Sales had no problem with that at all, which told me a lot right there. The inspection confirmed the truck ran well, and the few issues that did come up, they agreed to fix and handled in a timely manner. Where they really earned this review was after the sale. My crew got out on a job and found the ramps weren't operable — a costly replacement. I brought it back to them, we came to terms, and they honored exactly what they said they'd pay.
